Details of the processing of Personal Data
Foreword
Information issued pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003 – “Personal Data Protection Code.”
Source of personal data
Your personal information is collected by recording the data you provide, as a data subject, when sending an inquiry through the contact form.
Purpose of processing
By filling out the contact form with their Data, the User consents to their use to respond to requests for information, quotes, or the sending of commercial information.
Methods of data processing
In relation to the purposes described, the processing of personal data is carried out using manual, computer and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes highlighted above and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.
Optional provision of data
The provision of data is optional, but without it I will not be able to provide the services mentioned in paragraph 3.
Categories of individuals to whom the data may be disclosed
Your personal data may be known only to the data controller.
Rights of the Interested Party
Finally, we would like to inform you that the legislation on the protection of personal data gives the Data Subjects the possibility to exercise specific rights, according to the provisions of Art. 7 of the “Code” which is quoted here:
- The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in an intelligible form.
- The interested party has the right to obtain information on: the origin of the personal data; the purposes and methods of processing; the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; the identification details of the data controller, data processors and the designated representative pursuant to Art. 5, paragraph 2; of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or appointees.
- The interested party has the right to obtain: the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; certification that the operations referred to in paragraphs a. and b. have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
- The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
